The book and topic this month is Once A Runner, by John Parker, Jr.

Doors open to the Trackhouse at 9:45 a.m., with the 5k run beginning at 10:00 a.m. Afterwards, we will have a discussion of the book with coffee and snacks. (Please note, the author will not be joining us for this discussion.) All are welcome and there will be a bag check available. We ask that any new runners sign our run club waiver.
