100 Days to Boston - Week 11

Join us for the eleventh Tracksmith 100 Days to Boston long run and our second long run workout. This week, we will be running 19.5 miles on the Charles, with a 10k MP effort. This route offers many opportunities to lengthen or shorten your miles, depending on your needs. There will be pacers from 6:30/mile to 12:00/mile on hand to help guide you on the run. Before the run, we will have coffee, bananas, and water available. Post-run, stick around for more coffee. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m., then we'll kick off our route overview at 9 a.m. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities.
