100 Days to London - Week Two - Hilly Long Run with TRIBE
Join us for the second run in our 100 Days to London programme. Running on hills is speedwork in disguise. It is a great way to improve your speed, strength and power. An essential part of long distance variation. On offer on the run to Hampstead Heath , we have options of 10 km (6 miles) and 21 km (13 miles). We partner with Tribe for this run, bars to refuel post-run will be handed out.
Location & Time
- Meet at the London Trackhouse for 9:00AM.
- Leave the Trackhouse at 9:30AM for a warmup.
- Group warmup takes place at Portman Sq.
- Bag drop, changing will be available.
- These runs are free.
Pace & Distance
- Pace groups: 4:20 - 7:25/km (7:00 - 12:00/mile).
- You can tailor the distance to your own needs.
- Pacers will run the set distances listed.
Fuelling
- There'll be coffee, bananas and water available.
