100 Days to London - Week Ten - Distance Long Run

Join us for the tenth run in our 100 Days to London programme. It's important to step up in distance every few weeks and understanding time on feet. We host with our friends at The Running Room in Battersea and run along the Thames Path heading west. On offer, we have options of 14 km (9 miles) and 30 km (19 miles).

Location & Time
🤝 Meet at the The Running Room in Battersea for 9:00AM.
🏃‍♀️ Group warmup at the TRR at 9:30AM.
🎒 Bag drop, changing will be available.
🆓 These runs are free.

Pace & Distance
🤝 Pace groups: 4:10 - 7:25/km (6:45 - 12:00/mi).
🧬 You can tailor the distance to your own needs.
‼️ Pacers will run the set distances listed.

Fuelling
☕️ There'll be water and bananas available.
