Speed Session - Boston

Join us for our weekly speed workout. This week, we'll run a ladder workout at MIT track, progressing from 400m to 1600m and back down to 400m.

Doors will open at 6 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. View the route and RSVP here.

We encourage runners be able to comfortably complete 6-8 miles of running in order to get the most out of this session, as this run will not have pacers. These workouts are free and open to all runners. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
