Join us every Friday, and this week for Halloween Morning Miles. An early morning social 6k/3.75M from the London Trackhouse.

- The pace is 6:00 - 7:00/km (9:45 - 11:00/mi).
- Bag drop and changing will be available.
- Coffee and post-run Halloween Donuts will be available on our return.
- These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities.
